Gracie

Picture

"Thanks so much for coming over to see Gracie and meet Shimmer,
and for doing a session with them!  It was really interesting to see them
today.  For Gracie, it seems to have invigorated her, made her more
peppy and confident.  She came over and knocked Shimmer off some food
I put out -- in a nice enough way but still, it's been a while since
she had that kind of confidence!

Shimmer

Picture
For Shimmer it seemed to calm her down a bit and
instead of a diva moment when it was feeding time today
(and yesterday evening), she waited fairly patiently.  The biggest
thing I noticed was under saddle.  I saddled her today and just wanted
to sit on her and ask her to move each foot and do just a few easy
circles and bending; and when I picked up the reins to have her reach
for the bit she raised her head and neck, bending more at the poll
than I've almost ever seen her do instead of bending from closer to
the base of her neck!  The first time I asked it was amazing the way
she lifted up.  She did other bends that were more from the base but
whenever she bent from the poll I gave her an immediate release and
went on to something else, so it seems that there is really a change
with that which we can build on.  Thanks for spending so much time
with them."

Billy

Picture
"Natalie has definitely made a difference in my horse becoming before comfortable, especially around his head. Billy always been a little ear shy, and just “head shy” in general, but since Natalie has been working on him, I can easily handle all parts of his head - even his ears. It also helped that she showed me some release techniques that I can do, which has helped him to enjoy my touching his head more. This, along with Natalie’s work, has also made Billy softer under saddle, and less fussy with the bridle."

Kola

Picture

"The other day, after you and Laura worked on Kola, I felt like a Princess on top of my black stallion.  Kola was swinging through his back, light on his feet, carrying his weight on his hind end, and performing half pass, shoulder-in, haunches in and medium trot like a superstar."
